How to Create Positive Word of Mouth MarketingWord of Mouth marketing has been around since the dawn of time. Not only is word of mouth marketing free, but it works. It works really well actually.According to statistics, over 70% of individuals make purchase decisions due to word-of-mouth recommendations, while up to 90% of consumers trust recommendations from friends and family more than any other form of advertising.Those stats should get your marketing juices flowing. Alright, so how do you create positive word of mouth marketing? Follow along...  Build excellent customer service: That should seem like a no-brainer, but it's so crucial. Focus on selling quality products (or service), have a strong UX design, and run a tight operation (ie: respond right away). Use good visuals: Effective Word of Mouth marketing has to include a strong visual experience for buyers. We're all for scrapping things together, but sometimes you need to call the pros (aka - us to make sure your stuff looks legit.  Encourage User-Generated Content: There's a reason we talk about UGC so much; it works. To encourage UGC, create a contest where you ask customers to send pictures or videos of them using your product for a chance to win something from your brand. Be social on social: Social media isn't a set it and forget it channel.
