How to Write an About PageYour about page is more than likely the most-visited page on your website. And guess what? There's a good chance it needs some attention as it's (likely) the highest 'bounce rate' of any page on your site.If you got a visitor to your about page, nice work, but now, it's your job to steer them elsewhere.Creating a good about page is all about understanding the different parts of the page. Here they are:  Value proposition: Don't overcomplicate this. Just stick to what makes you different and desirable. ie: Etsy -  “A marketplace where people connect to make, sell and buy unique goods.”  The daydream: You have to paint a before and after picture for your potential customers. Show them how life will be different after using your product or service.  Differentiator: "Draft this section by asking yourself: “What pisses you off about your industry?” Now, talk about why and how you're different.  The offer: Keep things simple in this section by asking yourself - "what one thing do you want readers to do after reading your about page?"  Call to action: You just spent all that time warming up your audience, so make sure you end your offer with a CTA. It could be an opt-in offer, an email submission form, you name it. Dive deeper here
