How to Create a Great TaglineA tagline is a short phrase that captures a company's brand essence, personality, and positioning, and distinguishes the company from its competitors.Taglines aren't the easiest of things to come up with though. You have a few words to encapsulate your entire brand. Talk about pressure. But here's the thing folks. Most people aren't making a buying decision based on your tagline, so don't beat yourself up.Nevertheless, here are a few tips for developing a tagline...  Dump out your entire business in a few sentences: Open up a Google doc (or whatever you use) and describe your business in the shortest space possible. Trim it down: Now the fun starts. Your tagline is essentially a headline for your business. It should get right to the point (no fakin'). Cut out what you don't need from step 1. Trim it to one sentence: Do one more round of cuts and you're done.Don't overthink your tagline or spend too much time on it. Instead, focus on the quality of your product or service and customer service.
