Dial-in Your USP...
Sales and marketing go hand-in-hand. Duh! When it comes to selling your product or service, it's cruical to have a 'Unique Selling Proposition' or USP. A USP is often neglected, but it serves a massive purpose. So, if you don't have one or need to dial in your current one, try the following.
Lead with your differentiating qualities.
Present your talking points clearly and confidently.
Include hyperbole.
Focus on the benefit to the customer, not the product itself.
Here's an example of a USP from Ben & Jerry's: "We make the best possible ice cream in the best possible way."
