5 Ways to Organize Your Social Media ContentManaging social media can be overwhelming, to say the least. There are a ton of moving parts. The folks at Hubspot asked top social media managers how they keep their 'social' ducks in a row.Here's what they said: An updated content calendar: You should be at least a week ahead of your social media posts. A content calendar will give you a high-level view of all things social. Here's a free template to keep things organized. Schedule in bulk: Scheduling content in bulk will save you a lot of time. Block off the same time each week to schedule your social content. Commit to it. Use a to-do list: There are a ton of to-do list apps. Pick your favorite app and start narrowing options like - priority levels, categories, tasking sharing delegation, and more. Know where to find trending topics: You gotta know what people are talking about. Use a tool like Feedly to stay on top of things. Otherwise, you'll find yourself scrambling for content and wasting time. Manage your tabs: There's a good chance you have a bunch of browser tabs open throughout your day.
