If the name doesn't ring a bell, he's the co-founder of LinkedIn. When it comes to a 'scaling mindset,' consider the following from Reid.  Ask 'why not?' and 'what if?' - Don't overlook those 2 simple questions. Richard Branson asked the same thing before starting Virgin Airlines. Act on your ideas - Talk is cheap, action is everything. Reid's advice: "Next time you have an idea that you can't stop thinking about, act on it immediately." Looking for a BIG idea? - Too many people sit back and wait for an idea to come to them. Instead of waiting, get intentional about finding your next big idea. Fill knowledge gaps - Sarah Blakely, found of Spanx knew nothing about the garment industry. That didn't stop her though. Why? Because she never stopped asking questions and digging for answers.  Mindset is key - Reid says, "Wherever, whenever and however, the point is this: an idea won't come looking for you, and it won't perfect itself.
