Get Inspired from the BestThere's a lot of fluffy, aspirational marketing speak out there. You know what we're talking...those wantrapreneurs on IG and Facebook hustling their masterclasses.Today's inspiration is from a legit entrepreneur; Reid Hoffman. If the name doesn't ring a bell, he's the co-founder of LinkedIn. When it comes to a 'scaling mindset,' consider the following from Reid.  Ask 'why not?' and 'what if?' - Don't overlook those 2 simple questions. Richard Branson asked the same thing before starting Virgin Airlines. Act on your ideas - Talk is cheap, action is everything. Reid's advice: "Next time you have an idea that you can't stop thinking about, act on it immediately." Looking for a BIG idea? - Too many people sit back and wait for an idea to come to them. Instead of waiting, get intentional about finding your next big idea. Fill knowledge gaps - Sarah Blakely, found of Spanx knew nothing about the garment industry. That didn't stop her though. Why? Because she never stopped asking questions and digging for answers.  Mindset is key - Reid says, "Wherever, whenever and however, the point is this: an idea won't come looking for you, and it won't perfect itself. You have to put yourself in spaces and places and frames of mind, where you can find and shape the idea."Dive deeper here.
