Better Bar Etiquette 

With more establishments re-opening, we're as geeked as anyone to get back to the bar scence this summer. The folks at Inside Hook did a bang up job on some lessons we can take from the last year of the pandemic related to bar etiquette.Here they are: 

• Tip like it's 2020: 2020 was no joke for many businesses, especially the bar and restaurant industry. If you're going out this summer - tip good.

• Keep cocktails-to-go a thing: Some states like Florida and Texas have made cocktails-to-go a main stay. If your state hasn't, respect the rules to keep them flowing.

• Don't sneak in booze: Ya, it's a thing.

• Keep the check simple: Have 10 people in your party? Don't throw in 10 credit cards. Let one person from the party get air miles and Venmo them.

• Follow the house rules: Rules are changing rapidly and while some of them seem silly, just remember to be cool. Don't make someones job harder.

• Show some social media love: Did you have a good bar experience? Post it on your social media handles and tag the bar.
