If you're gonna spend time putting out content on any social media platform, posting at the right time is key.But, how do you know the best time to post for maximum engagement?The easy answer is to test a bunch of different post times and see when your audience engages most.Simple, right? To make life even easier, you can use a tool like Sprout Social featured below. The folks at Sprout Social analyzed a bunch of customer data to see what post times yielded the most engagement.Here's what they found out...On average, the best time to post on Instagram is between 10 AM and 3 PM CDT.However, the level of engagement you get can change signifcantly depending on what day of the week you post.Best time to post on IG each day: 

1. Sunday: 8 AM – 2 PM (Though engagement is generally low on this day)

2. Monday: 11 AM – 2 PM

3. Tuesday: 10 AM – 3 PM, *7 PM

4. Wednesday: 7 AM - 4 PM (Engagement peaks at 11AM - 2PM)

5. Thursday: 10 AM - 2 PM, 6 - 7 PM

6. Friday: 9 AM - 2 PM

7. Saturday: 9 - 11 AM
