Create & share an agenda: A meeting agenda is an outline of all the activities and discussion points. Create 3-5 bullet points for the meeting and stick to them.
Distribute supporting materials: Share any meeting materials well in advance to get everyone aligned and familiar with the upcoming discussion.
Prepare your slides: Apply a minimalistic approach to your slides. Keep them simple – one idea/one number/one sentence per slide. People don’t want to read huge bodies of text on slides.
Create opportunities for interaction: If you don’t set aside time for active participation, you’ll lose interest quickly. Go through your meeting agenda and think about at which point it would make sense to hear from your participants.
