How to Rock Your FAQ Page + ExamplesIs your FAQ page full of loosely linked questions and half-baked answers?   If so, we gotta talk. FAQ pages are an important component of any website. Not only do they answer valuable questions but they also help you rank higher in Google.Try sticking to the following practices to ensure the best customer experience:  Write clear and concise pages: 'The more the merrier' does not ring true for your FAQ page. Channel your inner Vanilla Ice and be 'quick to the point.'  Regularly update each page: Don't take a 'set it and forget it' mentality with your FAQ page. If your product or services change on the regular, make sure you're updating to reflect those changes.  Include a search bar: No one wants to scroll through a bunch of questions to find an answer. To make things easy, give your customers access to a search bar.  Organize questions by category: Break your FAQ page into pertinent sections broken down by category. Listing questions in a random order is a big faux pas.  Link top questions: If you have questions that are more popular than others, consider adding a 'Popular Questions' section.  Keep it simple: Customers aren't on your FAQ pages to be entertained.
