Organic growth on Instagram is no joke these days. Sometimes, you just gotta keep it simple. Check out @thestevenmellor(s) latest tips for a 0 to 100k follower strategy. 

• Define your niche: If you're trying to reach everyone, you'll lose. Get very clear with your customer and messaging.

• Align your profile to your niche: Make sure your picture, username, name, website, bio, and story highlights are all consistent. They need to speak to what your customer wants.

• Monitor your feed: Your last 12 posts on your feed need to match your ideal customer avatar. If they land on your profile and it's not relevant, they won't follow you. 

• Find others: Find 10 other accounts in your niche that are crushing the game. Follow them. Their followers can/should be yours.

• Choose hashtags wisely: We like DisplayPurposes. Whatever you use for hashtagging, get very specific to your niche.

• Engage: "Go to each one of the 10 accounts and 10 hashtags and leave a genuine comment, a like, or a share." Add as much value as possible. Just don't force it.

• Rinse and repeat daily: Seriously.
