But, when do you hit the OFF switch? It's not always easy. Try these tips to prioritize your mental well being and a healthy work-life balance.  Create a flexible routine: Give yourself time to make changes on the fly. That's the beauty of remote work. Set boundaries: At a certain point, you need to shut it off completely. Turn all notifications off after the end of your day. Keep everything in one place. Standing agenda for meetings: Don't you hate when a 1-hour meeting could've been accomplished through Slack or email?
