Visuals and behind-the-scenes vs. lessons and data-driven content. Share that company retreat or ‘making of’ video on Reels, but tell the story on LinkedIn.

Need an idea? Post about your Q1 wins with actual, relatable content. A quick top 5 highlights video on Reels and a longer story narrative on LinkedIn.

Community and Conversation.

Use all of your platforms to ask questions and interact. Partner with niche creators that align with your values for partnerships that build your brand. Be a part of conversations. You can’t create content that connects if you don’t know what people want. Ask them.

Don’t know where to start? Think about the influencers you follow personally. Are they a fit for your brand? Especially local influencers. Reach out.
