The real people behind the work should lead your AI journey

Trust. Not only the basis for good relationships in life, but the best foundation when introducing new AI tools and systems to your team.

1. Celebrate quick wins.
Find team members who will benefit immediately from a new AI adoption. If your team sees actual results in a day or a week, they’re more likely to remain curious and feel a sense of empowerment in the adoption of the tool.

2. Share the good, the bad and the ugly.
Encourage your team to get on LinkedIn, in Slack channels, on Reddit, wherever they hang out, and share what they’ve learned when it comes to AI. What worked better than they imagined? What completely flopped? What do they want to know more about?

3. Understand what is changing and how it can help.
AI tools like AskElephant (which we use here at Vendilli) are fundamentally changing sales enablement, coaching and process design. Use these tools to your advantage and find out how they positively affect each department.

4. Be intentional.
Regulated industries like healthcare, fintech, gov tech and life sciences need acceptable use policies for AI and their data concerns are far different than other businesses. Treat your business with strict standards and be intentional about AI use.

In case you missed our latest podcast episode, Shannon chats about all the things above in great detail. Tune in!

Most CRM problems are not software problems. They are people, process, and adoption problems. Dr. Shannon J. Gregg, President of Cloud Adoption Solutions, Salesforce consultant, sales productivity speaker, and author of It’s About Time, breaks down why even the best platforms fall apart when teams skip user input, chase shiny features or force the wrong tool into the wrong job.

Second Nature

Second Nature allows reps to practice sales conversations against an AI "prospect" that pushes back, raises objections and adapts based on how the rep responds.

It's a good fit for sales teams onboarding new hires fast or rolling out a new pitch, positioning, or product launch where reps need up to speed quickly. Managers can see measurable improvement in call confidence within days, not months.

👉 Worth a look if your ramp time for new reps feels too long, or if a new pitch just launched and nobody's fully comfortable with it yet.
